a5c7b9f00b Four American soldiers who are in Iraq are sent on a mission to recover plates for printing 100 dollar bills that were used to print a billion dollars. After doing the job and returning to the base their commanding officer is killed in an explosion and the plates are stolen by another operative. They would be court martialed and sent to different prisons. 6 months later, the leader, Hannibal Smith is visited by a CIA spook who tells him he knows where the man who took the plates is and wants him and his men to recover it. So he helps him escape and he breaks out the others and they go after the plates. But after doing it, they discover that the spook might not be ok. And a military intelligence officer who was involved with one of them is pursuing them.
A group of Iraq War veterans look to clear their name with the U.S. Military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed.
This movie was absolutely fantastic to watch. I would watch it again and again. The plot was incredible, the acting was flawless, and the cast was excellent. The special features in the movie were also incredible. The A-Team is a remake of a television series that was on in previous years. When I heard that they were making a movie, I knew I had to see it. The cast was absolutely amazing. Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper had so much synergy, and then to throw in Jessica Biel. That is overkill. I highly recommend this movie to anyone out there who likes action and thrillers.<br/><br/>The A-Team starts out with Hannibal being held captive in Mexico. After he escapes he is on his way to save Face who is held captive at a ranch. He meets Ranger BA Baracus on the way who helps him on his journey In order to get away from the ruckus that they have stirred up they enlist Murdock who is a pilot. Their endeavors in the helicopter leave Baracus afraid to fly. <br/><br/>The movie fast-forwards to a couple years later in Iraq where Lynch, a CIA operative, assigns Hannibal and his team to recover some missing Treasury plates. Their mission is successful but when they return home, their general and evidence is destroyed in an explosion, and a rival special ops team runs off with the plates. <br/><br/>Hannibal and his team are arrested and dishonorably discharged and sent to prison. They next segment of the movie is how Hannibal and his team try recover the plates and get full reinstatement and clean records. Plenty of action packed scenes follow leading to a game of cat and mouse and hide and seek between Hannibal's team and Black Forest.
Hannibal (Liam Neeson), Face (Bradley Cooper), B.A. Baracus (Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson), and Murdock (Sharlto Copley) are Iraqi vets who were wrongly imprisoned for stealing US currency printing plates. They escape from prison to recover the plates, but they may be double crossed once again.<br/><br/>Liam Neeson is too grumpy. Bradley Cooper is good having fun with Face. Sharlto Copley is a bad Murdock. The problem is that these characters are so iconic in TV history. Other than Cooper, nobody really hit it on the head.<br/><br/>This is just an excuse to put in ridiculous action. It's all very disappointing. It's missing the heart of the TV show. It's missing the humor and the chemistry of the group.
Bored out of my mind during this spectacle, I found my attention wandering to the subject of physics.
